I’ve cleaned, vacuumed the whole thing out, ran all the pellets through the auger, added bag of new ones…seems like a lot of smoke, what’s going on?

Looks normal to me. Pellet smokes tend to put off quite a bit on start up. As long as it isn’t black/acrid smoke, you should be good.

Mine puts off quite a bit on start-up. Then it dies down to a steady amount.

It’s fine. Also the type of pellet you use will produce more or less smoke.

I have the Savannah too, after you get it to temp, it will cycle between little to a lot of smoke. I find it all depends on the temp, 225 smokes more then 250 and if you bump it to 400 to crisp the chicken skin, it smokes the whole time, lol.
