- 60g of melted unsalted butter
Cheesecake filling
- 600g of cream cheese
- 90g of erythritol (sugar substitute)
- 300g of sour cream
- 225ml of milk
- 3.5 tbsp of 100% pure corn starch
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

💡 This recipe is specifically formulated for a 22 cm (8 ¾ inch) springform pan. Adjust ingredient amounts accordingly if using a different sized pan.
