all right so I’m taking a whole king crab and what I’m going to do is now come in with some shrimp today I have an awesome Seafood dish for you just going to include shrimp and crab as you may have noticed so I’m going to spread this across my hole I I have this in a 13×9 dish don’t worry it’s a little full but hey that’s how we like it this is going to be absolutely delicious coming in with two whole sliced lemons I’m just going to place the lemons uh around the dish I’m going to go pretty much on the outside of the dish because you want those lemon juices to kind of seal in all that flavor around the edges but don’t worry I know it looks a little chaotic right now but I will tell you one thing this is going to end up being the most delicious dish Seafood dish you’ve ever tasted now I’m coming in with some butter this is salted butter and I’m going to place this on the inside of this I’m going to go super fast here but oh my goodness it’s smelling like the ocean right now and I love the ocean especially the Hawaiian ocean because it’s beautiful out there and this is what this is remind me this is remind me of Hawaii and I did try some king crab out there and man it was so good I hope you guys enjoy this I’m going to go super fast okay that was one whole stick of butter now now we’re getting somewhere now I’m coming in with some garlic I love using the Spice World minced garlic don’t worry about the juices and all that you want to get that right on top you want to put a decent amount here and even on the lemon cuz what this is going to do is this is going to seep into that and you need you pretty much need this whole entire garlic chamber I used about half of this oh my gosh the aroma is outrageous I’m going to distribute this across the whole dish because you want garlic on every bite and don’t worry that’ll melt and seep into the Bottom now finally for our final little seasoning second to final this is Old Bay if you don’t use Old Bay on Seafood you’re doing it wrong and I’m just going to sprinkle this across the whole entire dish oh my gosh the aroma is outrageous you want to put a decent amount in there cuz all those juices are going to melt right into those crab now we’re on our final step chopped parsley oh man using chopped parsley is gonna add that perfect little perfect little taste right on top and you want to put on the lemon you want to put it everywhere and this is adding a great color but more importantly oh that was way too much great flavor it’s okay if you put a lot here because there’s a lot of seafood under there now we’re getting somewhere holy moly that might be the most delicious looking thing I’ve ever made okay so now we are ready I have my oven set to 350 I’m going to put it in there for probably about like 30 minutes all right so this came fresh out of the oven and I’m just going to oh it smells so delicious can you see do you hear a Sizzle no yeah that’s super nice okay I’m going to take just a little bit right here oh look at that perfectly cooked wow that looks absolutely delicious uh you feel free to crack open a crab leg but I’m definitely going to give this a try super look at the steam I’m so excited try this oh my gosh that is absolutely delicious like for real you guys got to give that a try wow mhm and I’m just using some sourdough I have the sliced bread I got it at Target I’m going to take some shaved meat you can find this at you can find this in the meat section but I’m just going to take big scoop just put it right there look at that oh my goodness you want to put a lot of steak on it because this is going to be the main protein of the dish okay I made about a pound of shaved steak this is probably about 2 lb to be honest now that I look at it so we’re looking at about 2 lb of shaved steak and I’m just going to place them right there on top of that sourdough how does that look look looks delicious so I’m no waste in this house so I’m going to take every last bit right there and place it right there on that sour dough now we need to season up our meat I used waser Shire sauce before and I I cooked it with warshire and I’m also going to use it on top so just a few dabs few dabs on each one look at that oh my gosh I am so excited for this let me know if you like wor Cy sauce with uh your meat now I already pre- caramelized some yellow onions and I’m going to take that same thing that we did look at that oh my gosh the aroma of these onions are amazing look at how gorgeous these onions look I can’t believe I cook these it’s the best I’ve ever cooked what’s up all right here I’m going to put it all this right here the whole Bowl right in there is that enough onion that looks like enough onion and now for one of my favorite Parts some green bell peppers that I roasted in some butter on high heat look at that they smell delicious and they look delicious I’m going to put a bundle right on top not too much look at that oh my gosh look at that spread it across the whole entire sandwich because that’s exactly what it’s going to be is a sandwich so you want everybody to have full flavors look at how delicious this looks oh my goodness there’s not enough peppers on that one so I’m going to steal one about that oh how does that look so good looks phenomenal are you ready to eat this babe yeah but first tilamook swiss cheese there’s nine slices here I don’t know why they give you nine slices so we’re going to do three slices per so one look at how cool the little holes are two could you do provolone three you could do provolone I actually recommend provolone or swiss for this recipe all right three right there I but I love the little holes aren’t the holes cool yeah what causes the holes I think it’s the air bubbles when you make it oh I think the gas the gas of the cheese cuz doesn’t cheese give you gas there we go look at that doesn’t that look delicious now I’m going to go back to my sourdough bread I’m going to take three more slices boom and I’m going to place it one right there one right there one right there and you thought I was done four cheese Mexican blend take it right on top I bet you haven’t seen this technique but this is what takes it to that next level you want to completely submerge that bread from edge to edge with cheese look at that o wow when this Cooks up it’s going to melt right down that bread and it’s just going to look so delicious and you’re doing this in a 13×9 pan make sure you spray your pan you don’t have to cuz bread doesn’t really stick but but um 13×9 pan so it’s okay to be a little messy how does that look that look good so good sweet now this is going to go in the oven at 350 I’m going to cook this cuz everything’s already cooked for 25 minutes until it’s nice and melty and brown on top yum boom all right look at that can you hear a Sizzle no woo it sounds so good may but check this out perfect crispy cheese on top perfect crispy Bread on top this is going to be the winner here for me so take a spatula [Music] and the spatula is going to break look at that wow you see that looks so good doesn’t it look delicious now I am going to cut this right open and give this a bite you ready to see this mhm you can see the steam at least right no there’s steam there whatever ow ow it’s hot ow ow look at that it’s perfectly crusted on the back too [Music] that crunch oh my gosh so good at that
