Is the sounds still normal when you're staring up the machine? Anyone can help? Also this is my first time hearing it after everyday opening the store

Check your water supply tap, hoses & filter. Tap turned on, no kinks in hoses, filter within date. Also the pump could just be vibrating against a panel or some random thing dropped into the machine. We find all types of stuff inside machines. Think spoons, brushes, milk thermometers, pens, sugar sticks & bottle openers. Not to mention mice & cockroaches.

Opening? Do you all turn it off at night? It should be left on.
Aside from that, it sounds like the water supply has been cut off. Check that you have water still being supplied to the machine. Otherwise, it is a pump issue and a service tech needs to be called.
