Slowcooker Italian Orzo & Parmesan Soup 🥣 235 cals, Serves 6 (45p a bowl)

Ingredients
– 2 x onions
– 2 x carrots
– 3 celery sticks
– 3 garlic cloves
– 1 bay leaf
– Salt & pepper
– 1.5L of chicken stock
– 300g dry orzo pasta
– 75g of Parsmesan to garnish
– Fresh thyme to garnish
Method
1. Add half the stock and all other ingredients apart from the pasta and Parmesan to the slowcooker. Cook on high for 3 hours
2. Blitz, add in the Orzo, remaining stock and cook for another 40-45 mins. Top with Parmesan, lashings of black pepper and fresh herbs

any type of soup that has passed and it is obviously going to be a winner so the slow cooker Italian orzo and Parmesan soup is just one of those dishes that you need to add to your menu for the cooler months it’s just vegged thrown in and then cooked on high blitzed and then dry Oro with some more stock cooked on high again for 40 minutes and it is honestly unreal you need to try it
