classic menu I of a scallops then please after an emotional night the Final Three Chefs gather before an uncharacteristically cheerful Chef Ramsey good morning morning chef good to see you guys yes throughout my whole career I’ve worked with some phenomenal chefs and right now I’d like all three of you to meet someone that is in my mind the best I was trying to think of what Chef he’s worked with or you know what chefs he’s worked under and quite frankly without this person I wouldn’t be here today my number one Mentor meet my Mom good to see you Mom good to see you good morning good morning that is Bonnie Jen and rock good morning good morning morning cheffrey have these mom so cute Rock no cursing please not at all never ever in front of your mom right I love when he says it’s his mom they’re so cute and what have you brought me macaroni and cheese macaroni and cheese my favorite I grew up with this dish in today’s restaurant world people want to feel at ease when they can identify something from their childhood comfort food but in a fine dining restaurant you have to take that comfort food and make it into something quite unique now this is my macaroni and cheese served with roasted Lobster finished with shavings of black truffle and aged parmesan cheese this is my first baby Megan and I cannot believe that she is 21 today wow Megan Jane Ramsey come in here yeah good to see you you Dad welcome happy 21st thank you amazing um say good morning to the guys and girls good morning morning Megan’s so pretty and then that accent is just like oh my God it is Megan Ramsey’s 21st birthday party listen carefully each team needs to prepare three appetizers and three very exciting Entre Megan will select her three favorite apps and her three favorite Entre they’ll go on the menu this evening okay the team with the most dishes that make it onto Megan’s menu for tonight wins The Challenge I think Megan definitely has a serious palette like her dad and knows good food so I think this is going to be a tough one what are you looking for on a menu you I am definitely looking for a variety and also it’s a party so I want it to be fun and exciting is there anything you really don’t like to eat I’m not too keen on spicy food or broccoli gotcha allergies no no allergies I have an allergy I’m allergic to boyfriends trust me a good thing I don’t have one yeah thank God for that yes yes uh megie excited to taste yeah I’m very excited let’s start off with appetizers please uh let’s go three from the red three from the blue in today’s judging Megan will compare appetizers from each team and judge them on a head-to-head basis let’s start off with the first dish the team with the most dishes selected for Megan’s birthday party menu wins The Challenge K describe it please there’s some sticky wings which were breaded in flour with salt and pepper in the beginning they are sticky very sticky they’re really good though great seasoning as well thank you so much uh blue team let’s start off with this looks like a salad nice and light and fragrant stepen describe the salad please it’s a sesame crusted Salmon Nissa so it’s kind of like an Asian Twist on a Nissa salad in a way it’s almost a bit hard to get to the stuff underneath there’s a lot going on but the salmon is definitely cooked really well I really enjoyed it right um Megan we have to make some decisions we have K Sticky Chicken Wing lollipop or the by Steven first one is chicking definitely they are my favorite I really enjoyed them tires lollipops are that’s definitely in that is one to the red team uh congratulations K good job I am on Cloud n right now the fact that Megan picked it right off the bat it just showed that everything I did was worth it the second round of appetizers has former teammates Emily and Brinn facing off it’s a lobster roll and it has a little bit of grilled pineapple with it oh Dad it’s going towhere sorry and a tiny bit of white wine cuz you know you got to sneak in your alcohol somewhere I really like the pineapple bit cuz at first I thought it was going to be a bit too sweet but it’s done perfectly the second dish that you put forward from the blue team today Megan I made for you a roasted red pepper and corn Fritter and because you’re 21 a little bit of tequila tequila and lime goes well together so perfect right and Megan how would you know that jaquila and lime go together see on TV okay right good I did enjoy it it almost feels like it’s missing something cuz the pepper there’s not a huge amount of pepper inside yeah no it’s good and the sauce is really nice as well your second appetizer for tonight’s menu I know my friends really well and I know that they love sliders so for me I think I might have to include the sliders so that’s the sliders and the wings are in from the red team congratulations well done yes Megan pcks my Dish as one of them and I’m so ecstatic yes and the final appetizer Sam yes chef H describe the uh well it’s like a canop if you will it’s actually a scallop so I call it a sophisticated bite of Summer but it looks like a Scooby Snack save me a little bite slow down don’t eat too fast no okay sorry I’m really sorry oh my Lord so the sauce underneath is what uh that is a blood orange cream with Mars Crone cheese the sauce underneath is perfect it’s not too thick and it’s not too light I really enjoyed it okay uh next one whose is this that’s mine great Antonio describe it please it’s a lobster bacon mac and cheese wow that Lobster is beautiful thank you Chef I love the mac and cheese that’s cook perfectly not too chewy and not too soft thank you our third and final [Music] app I think it’s going to have to be the lobster mac and cheese the lobster mac and cheese yeah it’s your 21st you got to have mac and cheese in there somewhere thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you we back in it back in it let’s start with your Entre each team has prepared three Entre for Megan to choose from thank you up first our dishes from Trenton and Josie let’s start off with this one uh it’s a Filipino steak and eggs essentially it’s breakfast for dinner steaks good really well with the red team clinging to a narrow one-point lead the blue team is hoping Trenton pepper Jam chicken lollipops can tie the score it’s seasoned perfectly and the stickiness of the chicken with the sauce goes well together I really enjoy it thanks I like it it’s fun Megan your first entree which one would you like to put on the menu for tonight’s party bash I think it’s going to have to be this one with the sauce on the side I really enjoyed that for round two of Entre Megan will face off against Payton pant seared salmon uh underneath a Pursuit wrapped asparagus uh the rice is a mixture of herbs I got Dill parsley Rosemary in there m wow that Rosemary is strong okay next one please rice noodle um with a soy Ginger peanut sauce that peanut butter is really good it’s almost like a reminiscent of Pat Tha yeah yeah that was really good awesome thank you your second entree please Megan is the noodles noodles I really enjoyed those with the peanut butter W they are perfect with the red team trailing by one going to the last Entre that’s mine Keanu is hoping her dish will keep the red team in the game I made for you a smoked shrimping grites so we lift that up and the smoke is there that definitely looks fun even you don’t smoke you promise You’ Never Smoke no why are you bringing this in just checking that’s all um everyone knows now well it smells delicious make dig in that was really good I really enjoyed that thank you and then the final entree from The Blue Team please I made for you a purple potato puree in a New York strip great crust on there how’s it taste me really good cooked perfectly thank you 3 to two oh wow pick my dish please pick my dish please pick my dish I would definitely like to put the shrimping gr on there wow that was amazing now make a tough decision we have a tie I’d like to look at all six dishes and then point to your favorite dish of all I know it’s hard they’re all so good it has to be blue it has to be blue it has to be blue I haven’t had a reward yet so I need something please please please [Music] please I do think it is going to have to be these the [Music] noodles thank you thank you it’s a special night in Hell’s Kitchen as jef Ramsey hosts a 21st birthday celebration for his eldest daughter Megan in addition to Chef Ramsey’s classic items tonight’s menu will include Megan’s favorite their appetizers from both kitchens those are really good go please appetizers are now flying out of both kitchens I think the blue team made these chicken RS extremely well that’s so good both kitchens will share the responsibility of cooking precise Entre for Megan’s table red team we got two noodles two Hala one chicken fried rice one lamb blue team we got shrimp one chicken fried rice after all who better to judge the mother of sources yeah but my mother and the mother of my children yes yes sir how are my darling you nice to see good to see you right please take a seat first up let’s start off off with the battle of the Tomato in the first of five rounds Fran and salvator hope to get their teams off to a good start friend I made an oyster from Diablo I used the lemons I used the cheese I used the oysters the fetuccini Mom how was that for you I think it’s very nice thank you very much lovely and tasty you can taste all the spices you’ve used in it very dangerous putting the oysters in there but I’m telling you it worked brilliantly thank you very much just clever yeah you’re a smart cooker you I’d like him to keep thinking that because he’s called me a lot of other things I can’t teach an old dog new tricks I think I like the word SM cookie better okay our Italian Stallion all Chef when I got to the table it was a squab up there tomato sauce left the egpl and red peppers T how was that for you I think it works the sauce is very tasty but the pasta’s undercooked Tana we would you choose the dish from The Blue Team or would you choose the dish from the red team please red team red team okay back in line please what the [ __ ] when an Italian says I can make pasta you would think you know if someone was Japanese wanted to make sushi I would damn well think they can make [Music] sushi sucks let’s go sioban and Jay next up Jay and sioban go head-to-head with their Holliday’s dishes okay sior just explain please what’s the dish I have a butterflied cornish hen that’s a pigeon okay Chef it’s a pigeon I was shocked when Chef Ramsey told me that it wasn’t a Cornish hen and then I stood up there feeling like a complete [ __ ] what’s all the blood there for her squab looks like she mopped it all over the floor and then punched the back open I saw a pool of blood I had it in the bag M I’m so sorry I mean pink is Pink but blood is raw right I’m not even going to taste [Music] it right Jay please what’s the dish it’s a paner duck breast over some English peas Conor how’s that for you ducks are a little bit too too pink for me I thought the sauce was slightly Bland the peas are crunchy got that raw taste so no one’s getting a point okay Che come on guys unbelievable I’m pretty pissed I’m not going to lie I just uh I just don’t think it’s fair I definitely had the better dish of the two okay let’s go for the volutes please let’s go right okay Holly okay it’s a halit so you use Seabass not halit oh Excuse me yes this is becoming slightly embarrassing for me the fact that one doesn’t know the difference between a hen and a pigeon and now we don’t identify the difference between a SE bass and a halber okay Mom how’s the sea bass very tasty mhm T how was it for you the fish is cooked very nicely I didn’t know the fish was CS I barely even looked at it before I started cooking it cuz I was trying to rush um explain the dish P we have the pan roasted seab be with a mushroom vute Tana if you had to choose which one would it be um I like both dishes very much but I would go for the blue teams good red was good but blue winds well done Ed well done aome demig glass let’s go Jason and Nela please thank you okay right uh n Go first please um My Pan seed my um steak seasoned it with salt and pepper I put the mushrooms in the demig glass and let it like go together mom the combination and the Demi L sauce first class it’s lovely first class wow thank you Jason please grilled strip steak uh finished in the oven with the Rosemary demi glaze nice first perfect combination Mom how was that for you very tasty steak potatoes were lovely out of both disses would you choose the one from the red team or The Blue Team please that’s hard is yeah very hard two good dishes you’re right which one would you go for the red red well done to you both NAA congratulations well done two to one of course I wanted the point I’m a little bit upset yeah I am [ __ ] it I I’m upset bash him out let’s go Benjamin and Scott with the red team leading two to one Scott and Benjamin present the last dishes in a battle of the mother sauces Benjamin please what is it Chef I have John Dory here with a lemon uh bashel and I did a simple roasted potato nice Mom how was that for you very tasty I like the fish and the sauce sauce yeah nice what how was that for you fish is slightly dry to me um and just maybe touch more seasoning in the sauce absolutely right Scot please dishes I have a roasted duck breast uh it’s on a bed of sweet potatoes and eggplant that’s been scented with star Andes Mom how was that for you please I didn’t like the sauce was no taste there at all and the duck the duck was too pink for me so basically you hated it mom don’t be scared to say I can’t really pull Miracles out of a hat I can only do the best that I can with what I had to work with it sucks point to the blue Scott is proving to be possibly the worst C cook in Hell’s Kitchen and so [ __ ] cocky he is the worst thing that ever happened to the routine right it’s a tie but there’s one dish that should be highlighted and noticed that dish belongs to Jason if your dish had gone up against anyone but nailas you would have won congratulations you want it for the blue team well done oh my gosh hey ladies welcome to Mal oh my God Chef is the coconut milk flavor in it really nice yeah smart move not too spicy next please Mia I made a creamy mushroom fricas I added some crispy tofu and then I added a rosemary foam on top I love the look of it and mushrooms are my favorite vegetables oh he which tofu dish would you like on your sweet 16 menu this evening well they were both excellent dishes but my favorite was MIA with the mushrooms Mia wow Mia so we’re left with four dishes now trying to impress a 16-year-old girl never worked for me but does that really surprise anybody now this one looks interesting please Jose describe this
