Hey Guys, this is my first time meal prepping and unfortunately over the last couple years I've gained some weight (about 35 pounds over what Id like to be). What's your opinion as far as meal prep. Have I added too much, not enough, any substitutes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated going forward

Please post your recipe / list of ingredients!

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

I’d add more seasoning to your vegetables. Doesn’t have to be fancy but some black pepper alone adds 0 cals and makes em way better

This is a great start! The easiest, healthiest most balanced meals start with a protein, a carb and fruits/veg. I think adding a dressing or sauce of some kind on your veggies or on the side could add a lot of flavor and can help change up the flavors in your simpler meal preps if you begin to get tired of the same things.

As for if you packed enough, listen to whatever your body tells you after you eat it. If you’re still very hungry afterwards, a little extra protein, fat, or extra veggies won’t hurt!
