    # Italian Loaded Nachos Recipe

    **Ingredients:**

    Nachos:

    1 bag of tortilla chips

    1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed

    1 can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed

    1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

    1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese

    1 cup of cooked ground beef (optional)

    1 cup of corn kernels (canned or fresh)

    1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

    Toppings:

    2 large tomatoes, diced

    1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

    1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

    1 avocado, diced

    1/4 cup sour cream

    1/4 cup salsa

    1 lime, cut into wedges

    **Instructions:**

    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Base:

    Spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.

    Layer the Toppings:

    Sprinkle half of the black beans, kidney beans, corn, and cooked ground beef (if using) over the chips.

    Add half of the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.

    Repeat Layers:

    Add another layer of tortilla chips.

    Sprinkle the remaining black beans, kidney beans, corn, and ground beef.

    Top with the remaining shredded cheese.

    Bake:

    Place the nachos in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Prepare the Fresh Toppings:

    While the nachos are baking, dice the tomatoes, chop the red onion and cilantro, and dice the avocado.

    Add Fresh Toppings:

    Once the nachos are out of the oven, top them with the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, cilantro, and avocado.

    Garnish:

    Add slices of jalapeño if you like some heat.

    Serve with a dollop of sour cream and salsa on the side.

    Garnish with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.

    Serve:
