    My mom always made creamy cucumber salad in the summer when I was a kid and I loved it. Made it a bit healthier by blending cottage cheese with a small amount of whipped cream cheese and white wine vinegar. Added a bunch of chopped kale, celery, dill, parsley, cilantro, chives, and a dash of paprika. Topped with black pepper and holy gospel seasoning. This was super good and I’ll definitely make it again.
