I always knew you could eat radish greens, but I'd never tried them before. A quick Google said to use them like spinach or kale, so I found a jar of homemade chicken broth and a starting to freezer burn bag of soup vegetables in my freezer, tossed them into a pot with the chopped & cleaned greens and some fresh zucchini from a neighbor and a can of canellini beans. Seasoned with garlic, basil, marjoram and parsley. (The frozen soup veg is a mix of onion, celery, carrot, potato, green beans, lima beans & okra a local chain carries)
It's a nice light summer lunch with a handful of crackers and some fresh blueberries that takes me way back to my Weight Watchers days. Made enough to last the week.
