I would say this was just okay. Something about it was just didn’t hit the spot.

One thing I did learn from this and a previous recipe is that I don’t like thyme. It could be what threw off the meal for me. I just don’t care for it and feel like it ruins dishes for me (the other was a fish dish). Another thing I learned is that I really like couscous. After all this time of thinking I didn’t!!

I liked the ease of cooking this is one pan, it was relatively quick and (despite the thyme) it did taste good. I think if I did get this again in the future, I would just use the one bag of couscous. The portion was off and I just had soo much of it and not enough chicken.

(Green beans missing on purpose, I hate them)
