    Gently encouraging you to do it without the waxy grass tasting stuff next time. Cherry peppers, jalapeños, and/or mushrooms would all be better than green peps in my humble opinion. Looks like a belter though.

    Hit your bread up under the broiler for a minute or two before slicing. Or bake for 4 or 5 minutes prior to cutting. I do mine under the broiler when it’s all loaded, but I don’t cut my bread all the way through like you do. You’ll love, I’m pretty damn sure, the crispy texture you get. Fillings look delish!
