I’m so bummed lol. I was supposed to get my first box delivered yesterday but it got delayed by a day and then showed up all beaten up like this lmao. I think everything inside was still cold enough but geez…
I was planning on using hellofresh as meal prep so this threw my plan off by a day, which sucks extra since I have my next delivery planned for Saturday

My boxes usually come beat up a bit. Everything inside is always fine and cold.
Why are you bummed if everything is fine inside? Seems like there are more important things to be bummed about.
Oh, they don’t usually look like that. Hopefully it’s a one time thing.
We get boxes that get a little beat up by the carrier, but as long as everything looks good inside and the cold stuff is still cold, it’s nothing to worry about.

It’s gonna sound weird but I used to get my deliveries on Monday and I got some banged up boxes and also they came really late. Then I switched to Tuesdays and never had those issues. Same delivery by HF. I don’t know, maybe they are just really busy for Monday deliveries?
If HF promises convenience by delivering same day every week, shouldn’t they actually try to delivery on the promised day otherwise everyone can order from Amazon, duh.
If you are getting bummed for a beaten up box you are in for some big surprises later.
If it was supposed to be delivered yesterday or today, blame the courier. Customer service was bombarded because of UPS issue. A lot of boxes was delay because of them.
Mine gets delivered by UPS and it’s pretty much always late and looks like it got run over by the truck.
