I really like to take my time when it comes to meal propping but this week I only had an hour so I started with the things that take the longest including making the Falafel mixture cooking rice in quinoa then I started my weekly dressing this one is a siki inspired one and it was so good then I shaped and cooked the fala I stored them away they will go so well over quinoa balls and I’m sure they will taste amazing with the sstii to save time I rinsed the cook dries underw to make it cool down more quickly and honestly this was the best salad I made also long you have to try it out I then roasted some balsamic peaches they taste so good over yogurt granola balls or even on toast and finally I started craving green juices again so I meal prepped everything that I need for it if you want to see more of my palm based meal preps make sure to follow along
