For dip:
•113g low-fat cottage cheese blended until smooth
•28g shredded parm
•1 cup spinach
•optional red onion (i had left over diced i didn’t want it to go to waste)
•60g marinated artichoke
•garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
~combine and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes for warm dip, can also be eaten cold

For chips:
•2 low carb tortillas cut into eighths
•olive spray and salt on both sides
~ lay flat in a single layer on baking sheet. bake 325 for 15-20 min or until golden brown.
