I swear my voice is Gonna Come Back one of these days but if y’all like cabbage rolls would you hate how long it takes to make them then this cabbage roll soup is for you finely dice one small sweet onion and saute it up in a skillet with some garlic add in one pound of ground beef and cook until it’s no longer pink grab a potato masher and mash it until it’s into fine crumbles now you’re gonna cut and core that cabbage cut it in half again into quarters and then remove the core and cut it into one to two inch pieces add this to the pot along with some carrots four cups of broth 15 ounces of crushed tomatoes tomato sauce rice brown sugar Worcestershire sauce oregano paprika salt and pepper give us all a good stir bring it to a boil and then simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until the rice is cooked and tender
