So to start this is my 1st time doing meal orders, never did hello fresh, butcher box, good chop, or any local butcher shop delivery, hell I have not even door dashed.
When I was ordering I did see there's an "ingredients" and a "not included" section, when I ordered the chicken or eggs were not in the "not included" section of the page, box was broke down to triple check after packing the veggies away and nothing was in there but the 3 bags of veggies.
Am I just ignorant and I'm supposed to buy my protein or was my order messed up?
I ordered the cheesy egg guacamole, spiced chicken bulgur wraps,and the Crispy Parm chicken if that helps.

Can you show us a picture of what you mean by “not included?” And also let us know what region you’re in?
Usually the meat is packed between the ice packs or under it- but you said you broke the box down. Never heard of having to get your own protein tbh.
Unless you’ve specifically ordered a vegan or vegetarian option that doesn’t come with a meat, then yes, your box should definitely have meats included.
Important side note with credits which people forget to mention is you can’t use your credits with any active discounts. So you need to wait till the time the discounts run out.
This is one of their tactics to keep people buying more boxes.
