I tried to focus on nutrients today!
breakfast: fried eggs, graved salmon, shrimp, herring and fermented carrots
lunch: fried eggs, parmeggiano reggiano, herring, sauerkraut, shrimp and bloobs
snack: half a pear
dinner: quark, bloobs, walnuts and avocado
supplement: bone broth mixed with zeroh
evening snack: vanilla protein oatmeal with turkish yogurt, bloobs, banana and oatmilk

I don’t know why but the vanilla protein oatmeal makes me supremely uncomfortable, I think it is the consistency. The breakfast and lunch looked good. Glad it works for you though 🙂
What is quark?
