For breakfast I made banana blueberry protein muffins with 6g of protein each.
I made two lunches for some variety. The first one is cheeseburger salad with romaine lettuce, hamburger, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, croutons, and burger sauce. The next one is southwest chicken wraps with sun dried tomato tortillas, chicken fingers, lettuce, roasted corn, shredded cheese, and southwest sauce.

you cannot meal prep crutons they will be soft by the time you eat them
store them seperately and add them in when you eat
