As a swiss person, I love raclette. I’m happy to see it start to gain wider recognition and availability. I have been importing it directly from Switzerland for years but have recently found it locally in the US in normal grocery stores.
I’ve even seen some domestically produced raclette from Wisconsin and California (though I wouldn’t recommend them at this point)

* Cheese Flavor: Rich, complex and tons Andrea funk
* Meltiness: Great melt and with drippy stretch
* Overall: 10/10 I don’t normally like funky cheese but raclette for me is different. The smell reminds me of feet but the taste is so damn good. It’s a good cheese for a grilled cheese but I might eat the rest melted over some meats and potatoes.
* Check out the last slide, the only reason I bought this because I was expecting this sick ass drawing to be on the cheese.
