I had a buffet breakfast at a super fancy hotel yesterday 😡😡😫😫😖😖so Monday starts with 100calorie bowl of Greek yogurt, rockmelon, frozen raspberries, strawberries, kiwi fruit, some sugar free chocolate sauce and air dried yogurt buttons(for crunch)
30ml of ACV (with the mother of course) Elle McPherson’s greens wellness elixir (30cal)
Avalanche sugar free latte (30cals)
So a good 160 ish to start my day!

    This breakfast looks like the definition of modern health. If you are only having 160 calories to start to the day. Is this the only time you eat until lunch? Do you do multiple small meals? If you are having only BFD do you cal load later meals?
