Blackstone Beercheesesteak Pizza

Start with hollowing an onion lol
Add some fresh garlic to the removed onion and get it all on the grill
You're going to want a hot and warm side…toss the onion and garlic on the warm side with the hollow onion to get it preheated 🤣
Bacon fat roux into the onion, mix in beer until the roux is smooth, add cheese (I used a blend of fresh mozzarella and cooper sharp american) set on the hot side and cover, stir occasionally to make sure the cheese gets melted all the way, once cheese is melted move it to the warm side so it doesn't burn the cheese, onion will be burnt on the bottom
Spread some cornmeal on the warm side and drop your dough, use lowest temp so it doesn't burn, might have to flip it if it does get too hot
Add some steak, I sliced a partially frozen (makes it easier to cut thin) petite sirloin seasoned with salt and pepper, mix in the onion and garlic from earlier and get it on the dough..if the top of your dough is still doughy flip it or cover it so it cooks through
Flip your beer cheese filled onion upside down and leave it on top on low heat (also helps cook the dough through) and let the cheese slowly spill out, or squeeze it to speed things up, if you want a little more color on top, hit it a torch real quick and enjoy!

Not sure id call it a crime, it dont look pretty, but it sure does look fucking tasty.

  2. Well, serve me one, then we can both serve time in pizza jail.

    That looks tasty!

This is kind of the opposite of a pizza crime. It’s like an idea that *could* have been a crime (chess whiz is traditional for a cheese steak after all) but actually looks incredible.

Not sure I’m hollowing out an onion or any of that goofy stuff… But I’m definitely making this on payday. Throw me in jail if this is my punishment

I don’t see any crime here, move along

There is also a beer crime in this evidence. You’re using a near 10% Belgian triple and cooking with it!

To be fair, this is actually probably pretty delicious but the end product could be improved in future attempts. And use a cheap lager or some shit to make the cheese so the beer gods don’t condemn you to drink bud light for eternity
