🍅 Ingredients:
✓ 1 chicken breast
✓ 1 tablespoon olive oil
✓ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
✓ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✓ 1 tablespoon fresh dill
✓ salt, to taste
✓ pepper, to taste

🍅 DRESSING
✓ ⅓ cup greek yogurt
✓ 2 tablespoons olive oil
✓ 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
✓ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
✓ 2 tablespoons water
✓ 1 clove garlic, minced
✓ 1 tablespoon fresh dill
✓ salt, to taste
✓ pepper, to taste

🍅 TOPPINGS
✓ 1 head romaine lettuce
✓ ½ cup cucumber, sliced and halved
✓ ½ cup olive
✓ ½ red onion, thinly sliced
✓ ½ cup cherry tomato, halved
✓ ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

[Music] welcome my friends I’m Mir and today we’re going to be making healthy Mediterranean salad you’re going to need one chicken bread [Music] 1 tbsp olive oil two cloves garlic 1 tbsp fresh dill salt and pepper to taste and 1 tbsp lemon juice we’re going to start with the fresh dill by cutting it really fine [Music] minc two cloves of [Music] garlic add olive oil then add [Music] Dill salt and pepper and lemon [Music] juice mix it [Music] well and with the hand cover the chicken [Music] breast then cook the chicken breast until it’s completely cooked on both sides [Music] [Music] now we’re going to start with vegetables you’re going to need one head rain lettuce half a cup cherry tomato half cucumber half a cup feta cheese half red onion half a cup [Music] olives we’re going to start by cutting the lettuce into small pieces [Music] [Music] then cut cherry tomatoes in half long [Music] way now depends on the size of your olives you can put them all or you can cut them on half just like a cherry [Music] tomatoes then cut up red onion in small [Music] slices cut the cucumber in half and then half again and then slice it so you get the little quarter [Music] pieces add crumbled feta cheese [Music] and then slice the chicken in stps [Music] now we’re going to make a solid dressing for solid dressing you’re going to need salt and pepper to taste 2 tbspoon water 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1/3 cup Greek yogurt [Music] one tbspoon fresh dill and one clove [Music] garlic again we’re going to start with the Fresh D cutting it very fine [Music] then add it to a container that you can put the lid on it with already 2 tbspoon of water in [Music] it add [Music] garlic add Greek yogurt [Music] tablespoon of lemon juice olive oil and 1 tbspoon of red wine vinegar and then end add salt and pepper to taste about teaspoon [Music] each put the lid on it and shake it well [Music] then spread it evenly on a whole [Music] salad before you serve it toss the salad [Music] and there it is healthy and [Music] beautiful I hope you enjoy cooking with me please click like and if you’re new to this channel click subscribe thank you for watching and I’ll see you next time
