What kind of peppers are these? They have a little heat. Can I make hot pepper jelly with them? Thanks in advance!!

C. Annum is probably as close as you can get. Yes you can make jelly with them; it won’t have much kick if they’re only a little spicy.

Hard to tell the size and color. But they look alot like my hungarian hot wax peppers. If close to that, they are great pickled in apple cider vinegar. Let them orange up for best heat and flavor. Or throw one orange pepper in a group of yellow ones.
