Babyback ribs, homemade fermented garlic in honey and Japanese 7 spice and multi herb oil based provençale marinade / glaze.
One was thicker than the other but all eaten quickly. Hot and fast as I'm not convinced 3-2-1 works on a kamado. I left the membrane on, did not effect result. Need to make again.
