Recipe:
large shrimp ( as many as you’d like)
6 Clove of chopped garlic
2 Tablespoon of unsalted butter
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
Cajun seasoning
crushed red pepper

[Music] hey guys welcome back on my channel in today’s video I’ll be showing guys how to make a delicious garlic shrimp so for this I have about half a pound to a pound of shrimp and I have six cloves of garlic chopped up and I have two tbsp of good-quality unsalted butter in one tablespoon of olive oil and I will be using the juice of one lemon and I have some seasoning salt or some occasion seasoning the one I’m using is called snappier mama but you can use any kind of seasoning that you like and I have some crushed red pepper I like mine a little spicy so I will be adding a little bit of that I want to show you guys exactly the amount of seasoning I’m using just because it’s kind of salty so you have to go with your own liking so please check the description box where I will miss all the ingredients I’ll use in this video and let’s get cooking guys okay guys so to start we’re going to start by cleaning off shrimp when I bought this shrimp I thought they were not devein but they already design but I like to take the shell off so just pull out and take the skin or the shell open it and I still like to take this little dark vein off as you can see so I’m just going to take my knife and run right in the middle and kind of pull it out you see that just take your time and pull that out so if your shrimp had veins you will do the same for this side you will just kind of make a little cut and take that vein out so now my shrimp is nice inkling so I will continue doing that with the rest and once I’m done with that all I’m going to be doing I’m going to take some lime and really clean my shrimp and run it under some cold water do not use hot water because it might start cooking your shrimp so make sure you use super cold water so I’m going to do all that and then I’ll come back you can start the cooking process okay so now you want to have you still set on medium high and go ahead and add your olive oil and butter okay so now we’re going to allow this butter and the oil to heat up so that should take about three to five minutes okay this is looking pretty good now if you want to go ahead and add the garlic in there and to my garlic I’m going to add some of that seasoning salt again the amount you put in is totally up to you and I’m going to put my red fresh pepper or crushed red pepper such a thing to give it a little shake and you don’t want this garlic to burn at all guys you just want it to kind of infuse into that butter and olive oil so we don’t want to fart garlic whatsoever that smell should be insane right about now if you haven’t checked out my curry short video please go ahead and do so and I also have another video that you guys can check out and please don’t forget to follow me on instagram and from Stephanie on snapchat and please people like my facebook page will check out my Pinterest page in my Twitter page all those will be down in the description box for you guys to go check out I appreciate all that lovin 240 days of giving me on this channel this is a quick quick dish so now I am ready to end myself really rings for so just let it go for a little bit just leave it alone for a minute or two okay it’s been about two minutes and now you want to go ahead and pick your lemon and squeeze the juice right in there before we turn the shrimp so this is half so this is going to be really garlicky and really lemony which I absolutely love just like fall and now you can go ahead and mix everything together and make sure to always take your food to see if you need more salt or not for the minor little face and the fall to me is perfect on mine now I’m going to allow it to cook for another one to two minutes a busy everyday notion do not take long to cook at all so I let it cook for another one to two minutes okay now I’m just going to finish it off by putting some beautiful garnish parsley on top and this is pretty much it please share this video with everybody you know this is an easy dish to have on any night it can be romantic or this because you feel like eating some shrimp I will be eating – from salad and some quinoa and please don’t forget to subscribe to my channel comment like and share and as always thank you guys so so much for watching and I love you guys for watching here in my next video bye bye [Music]
