My plants are doing well overall. All but one of my ghosts have at least 2-3 fruits, while some are sporting 10+.
My question comes from my ghost that's currently tly not fruiting (3rd pic). It flowered for a bit along with everything else, but not sure it ever pollinated since it hasn't grown any fruits. It's THICK though and looks healthy otherwise.
Is there any issue with how thick they get? I kind of equate thick/lush = healthy, but just wanted to ask the group.
I know spacing is probably going to be mentioned at some point in this thread; I'm working on getting more space allocated around the deck to help.

How tall are your plants? I also have mine in a double bucket set up. I’m jealous of the size of the leaves. My ghost, Armageddon, Tabasco, and jalapeño are fruiting well. But I have a Reaper with just 1 pod.
More to love, baby
I’m jealous
They look incredible. Give them time. They are usually slow to set in the beginning
Can you explain to me your setup?
Looking good!!!
Plants look awesome!
Wish mine looked like that my habanero is the closest I’ve got to that kind of crazy foliage and it’s still half as tall
Not according to some subreddits… I’ll see myself out
How big are those buckets ?
Pretty certain those monsters could eat anything I have in the ground in 2 bites or less…they look awesome and healthy to me. Most all my plants have lots of fruit on them (probably more than they should for their size) and wish mine looked as vigorous, healthy and sturdy as yours
I keep reminding myself its only the middle of July….lots of growing left!
Finally, some proper fertilized peppers! Great!
Yes it depends on the context you are talking about
Don’t trim the leaves if they aren’t damaged. I’ve found that the leaves act like shading for the fruit. Less likely to get sunscald if they are healthy. They are lush with dark green growth. They look great.
You don’t even need more spacing unless you’re having disease issues. Having them close will help pollination.
I have a 3×4 bucket planter and they are right against each other and still do fantastic. When growing indoors ai space them further to let the pots dry out better with good ventilation, but I don’t think it’s necessary in your case here. Another reason people like spacing is to harvest more easily. Well you can just move your buckets. Hot peppers and super hots just take longer than sweets, but they usually come in abundance later on.
