It packs a decent amount of peanut flavor, its macros are UNBEATABLE and it's super versatile! I use it for baking and in my sauces and dips.

Yes, it will never come close to the real thing but if you mix a sauce of 2/3 PB powder and 1/3 PB i guarantee you won't taste the difference.

For this recipe I used thick udon noodles, coated them in my sauce of PB fit, peanut butter, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar and chilli flakes.

I'm telling you it legit tasted like heaven… I paired it with an egg and some leftover shrimps for extra protein and some veggies for fiber.

Because of PB powder I can enjoy my favorite peanuty udon with 38g of protein and only 610 calories.
