Perhaps a little out of season, but delicious anyway.

2 portions:
750 grams of white onion
A table spoon of oil
600 ml of chicken stock
4 slices of toasted bread
2 slice of young Gouda

Simmered for 4 hours. Reduced to 300-400 ml volume. Sweet, savoury. And oh the warm stomach.

    Eff the haters. Looks good.

    The ONLY change I would make is toasting the bread by itself for like 20 minutes in the oven so it gets to be really crunchy.
