So far on my journey I have lost around 46Ibs or around 20kg with it starting at 149 pounds to me being 103! At the beginning, it was super hard to find anything filling that was flavorful or that wasn’t anything that would kill my macros and leave me with no calories left. Over time i’ve learned recipes, swaps, fast foods, desserts, etc. are all available to help make it super easy, and it definitely helps with the last amount of pounds i’m trying to lose.

sour cream —> greek yogurt
chips —> quest protein chips
beef —> 96/4 ground beef
chicken tenders —> realgood tenders
pizza —> mighty crust cauliflower pizza
ice cream —> enlightened, nicks, or yasso
salad dressing —> bolthouse farms

    i love making walking tacos with the Taco Quest chips, just put all those same ingredients in the bag, mix it up and eat it with a fork. Save me from having to wash another dish
