Rice noodles are my secret ingredient that I've been using for the past year to make large and filling stir fry meals.

I marinaded the chicken in ketjap, Laos, Garlic, salt and pepper. I baked the chicken under a lid in a separate pan first. Then added the steamed beans and noodles to a stir fry, added the meat and seasoned it with Sambal. It's very tasty and just the right amount of spicy.

Recipe:

50 grams of rice noodles
200+ grams of beans
185 grams of baked chicken
Ketjap
Laos powder
Salt
Pepper
Sambal Oelek
Sunflower seed oil

Total time to prepare 15 minutes.
