    Please post your recipes!

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

I have a gastric sleeve, so these portions may seem kinda small.

First meal is marinated chicken tenderloins with barbecue sauce and wild rice with vegetable medley.  I strip the tendon from the tenderloins then marinate overnight in sriracha, soy sauce, dry sherry, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, poultry seasoning, and msg.  Bake at 375F for 10 minutes brush with barbecue sauce and bake ten more minutes.  I made a box of wild rice with garlic and herbs and added a box of frozen mixed vegetables with herb butter.

Next picture are giant egg bites, crack an egg in each home if a silpat muffin tray add some crumbled cooked bacon, salt, pepper, mix with for, top with co-Jack cheese, back for 20 minutes at 350F.

Final picture is low carb ground beef bowl.  Browned 2 1/3 pound of 93/7 ground beef, added a large chopped onion, 2 medium chopped bell peppers, a few grated garlic cloves, and a bag of frozen cauliflower rice (zucchini is also good in this dish).  Season liberally with Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, sazon, and whatever else you like

This is pretty good. The egg bites look delicious.
