What variety are they? There are several types of ‘black’ cherry tomatoes.

They aren’t ripe. Leave them on the vine longer.

Not ripe. Leave them on the vine until they start to feel a little soft.

Pick when the green side has started to blush.

Those are normal for that variety. Nothing to fix.

Leave em on the counter for a few days. That should finish the process

Let them get ripe (not green) before you pick them

It seems the plant you are growing has some genetics for this

There are many different kinds of indigo coloured tomatoes

Even if your seeds were not, it could be a mix up

Either way, this is what you have now

It’s normal, leave them to ripen as normal

    They’re beautiful

I have Black Beauties this year. The part that sun hits darkens. When the underside turns from green to red it’s ripe.

I pick mine when they’re clearly turning red but not a deep tone yet. Then I leave them on the window sill nub down until they’re fully red/ripe.

The only thing going on is somebody picked them before they were ready

Batter them up and deep fry them

I have indigo blueberry cherry tomatoes. They look like that then turn gold when they are ripe. Before that they will be sour.

I noticed nobody has pointed out the variety, those are Indigo Apple tomatoes, they look 100% healthy, just picked a bit ripe.

Mine held like this due to heat. They set fruit and just would turn.

I have Japanese Black Trifele that start off this way and indigo blueberry tomatoes also

If you leave them to ripen on the vine, they will be red tomatoes with black shoulders and absolutely delicious.

You leave them on the vine. Though they’ll all ripen on the counter once they’re at the blushing stage from what I understand.
