Blue cheez, savory mushrooms and creamy horseradish on ciabatta

I picked up some vegan blue cheez from a local vegan store during their sale that I was really excited about so I recreated a sandwich featuring some of the flavors in the sandwiches my bf and I ate on our first date yeeeeears ago

• roast “beef” (king oyster mushrooms from the farmers market)
• blue cheese by Climax Foods
• a creamy horseradish sauce (literally just mayo, horseradish and dill)
• an allium component (I’m trying to use up my farmers market young onions so that’s what I went with)
