6 ounces of shrimp boiled in old bay (refrigerate overnight)

2.5 cups raw spinach

1 medium tomatoe (lightly salted)

2 tbsp of lite creamy ceasar

1 cup cucumber

Approx 3 large fresh basil leaves chopped

I always add dressing to vegetables before protein. It seems to mix better and resulting in needing less dressing .
