I love cooking and prefer to eat small throughout the day and use the majority of my calorie budget at dinner for flavourful, new and exciting meals! This year has been lots of Asian inspired dishes as well as Yotam Ottolenghi recipes 🥰

The highest cal dinner here is 659 (shakshuka because of the Turkish bread) and the lowest is 182 (Tom Yum Goong)

I've been doing 1,200 a day (1,500 on high intensity exercise days but all of these meals are from 1,200 days) for nearly 6 months now and loving it! Trying new meals and experimenting with flavours has been integral to sustaining this for me 💖
