I can see eating with a fork if you’ve got issues touching certain textures with your hands, and I can understand not eating the crust if you don’t like it (or need to save the calories). But if she’s “done” with that pizza, there’s so much waste.

I am not an advocate of honor killings,
HOWEVER
The only explanation that might be rational – is that mom is wealthy, and very picky about what she eats.
When she orders steak, she probably just eats the best parts and takes home the rest for her puppy.
You can eat pizza the way you want! And if other people say that you are wrong, tell them to change place,or restaurant!
