Lettuce wrap burger with sweet potato fries

Chicken, beans, and rice bowl with an avocado salsa

if anyone wants recipes they are insanely simple imo, just some work.

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    Breakfast burritos

    Potatoes: add to pan and season with paprika, salt, pepper. add 1/4 stick butter at beginning. when browned add another stick of butter. cook until soft/crispy

    eggs: scramble eggs until almost cooked then add into pan of potatoes

    bacon: cook separately then add to potato/egg pan when cooled down

    burger lettuce wrap

    beef patty x10 ( premade at smiths)
    salt and pepper moderately

    cook 3.5 minutes on high heat then flip for another 2-3 mins. add cheese when you flip

    sweet potato fries were bought premade (alexias sweet potatoe fries at smiths)

    salsa

    i got 3 roma tomatoes and about 1/3 jumbo onion with cilantro in a food processor and i used the chop function

    then i did the avocado separate also chop function

    chicken: salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper. cook on high heat. just cut in half when you think it’s cooked and if it isn’t white put it back on the pan.

    beans are canned and jasmine rice is cooked in a rice cooker.
