Almond powder: 83g
Powdered sugar: 67g
Room temp egg whites: 67g
Sugar: 67g
Some vanilla extract

They seemed to have turned out a bit hollow inside, and some of them also have some visible cracking on the surface. The recipe called for setting the oven to 284 degrees fahrenheit, but I've been suspecting lately that my oven heats to a lower temperature than I set it to, so I set it to 295 instead. I baked for 17 minutes, and this was the result. Any tips?
