






Wife is out with friends. I worked today but still needed to make dinner for me and the kid.
2 yellow onions slow cooked on the flat top. 1 per person. 1/2 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp white sugar to help with sweating/flavor, 1/4 cup of this peach sauce we picked up from our trip to the coast over the weekend, and a few dashes of worcestershire.
Half a rotisserie chicken (cause im lazy) with some garlic from a tube (cause I'm lazy). Combine with onion and a touch of your choice of BBQ sauce (we like Kinders).
Top with choice of cheese and a touch more BBQ sauce. Throw on hawaiian rolls. Enjoy.
