

I chopped up an onion and didn't know what to do from there, but figured a caramelized onion takes long enough on low that I'd have time to search the kitchen. The plan was to caramelize the whole thing then add that to something with a pinto bean base and keep the leftovers.
Im outta beans, but found an egg, tortillas and some cheese. There will be no leftovers. And my breath smells wonderful.
