I feel like people often ask if the Woodwind Pro 24 is big enough or if they should go with the 36. At this point I feel like there's nobody on the Internet that actually shows what grills look like with meat on them other than 1 or two cuts.
Here's 4 boneless pork shoulders on only the top rack of my Woodwind Pro 24. It's about 33 lbs of uncooked meat. Whenever I'm doing larger amounts of food like this I put my low and slow on top and will put something faster like ribs on the bottom. I could easily get 5 racks on the bottom shelf.
People can say it's all too close or whatever they want but let's be honest.. most of us are just cooking backyard BBQ for our friends and family. These have all been cooking evenly together and I have no issues with them being close to each other.. especially as they shrink during the cook.

We Need Your Help!
We’ve noticed that recent changes in Reddit’s algorithms have made it harder for original content (OC) communities like ours to get the visibility we used to enjoy. This shift means that posts and comments aren’t getting the attention they deserve.
By voting on and commenting on posts, you’re not only helping others but also boosting the visibility of your own posts. Your engagement is crucial, not just for r/PelletGrills, but for all the wonderful niche communities like food, crafts, art, and culture that thrive on original content. Even a simple comment like “This would fit X sub” can make a big difference.
Together, we can support and uplift our entire community. Let’s keep the positive vibes and delicious smoked meat content flowing!
