Im 15 and an idiot, i grew too much peppers for my family too handle and decided to try drying them with no pryer knowledge. The peppers on the right were picked from the same plant at roughly the same time but kept in the fridge and the left is obvi ones im drying out (:

I use an air fryer to dry my peppers, usually after that ill either grind them into powder or keep them in a mason jar for later use. Theres no such thing as too many peppers because if you dry them you can always use them later
I just put mine in a dehydrator
Depending on what you’d like to use them for freezing is an option. If you’d like to dry them you or your parents can buy a cheep dehydrator online
The ones on the left look good. Can you hear the seeds rattle inside?
