Trying to dial in my shaping technique. I always seem to be battling a slippery counter when doing the final shape. These loaves ended up with a good rise but tight crumb. How can I do better?

It looks pretty nice! All the holes along the crust edge could be a shaping issue.

Loaf looks good, but the photo composition is out of this world???? I’m so fascinated by how you chose to photograph this loaf.
