My go-to quick cooked option is fried cheese pickles with any deli or prepped meat on the side. Rotisserie chicken or bacon is the easiest, less processed option but I’ll just throw some deli meat into the pan after if that’s all I’ve got. For an uncooked option, I do a few deli ham slices with cream cheese and pickle spears or cucumber spears. You can always add a little everything bagel seasoning to flavor it up! Also, tuna or chicken from a can when I’m poor and desperate. I do appreciate you sharing your midnight dinner options today. Not a combination I would’ve reached for. I will have to try this sometime soon.
