Appetizer: grilled peaches with prosciutto, burrata, arugula, S&P and drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Main: grilled vegetable medley of bell peppers, zucchini and cherry tomatoes, toasted baguette with garlic butter, and cedar plank salmon with a sauce of lemon butter, sun dried tomatoes and parsley.

Paired with: rosé until we ran out and started in on a 13% barley wine from Slack Tide in South Jersey.
