Hey all. When using a double indirect setup on my big joe and the divide and conquer rack part is at 12 o’clock there was too much rubbing so much so the seal was starting to come off.
I rotated it a little more and tried to shift everything but it’s still rubbing a bit. Do you folks with big joes get the same issue? I just got my big joe about a month ago

I do, and it’s because my hinge tends to want to overbite.
I’d think the dome is misaligned. SD BBQ and Bartlows has a video or two on how to realign.
First, try rotating 180 degrees and see if that’s a better fit. If that doesn’t help, another option is to just bend the rack a little. A little adjustment to this and the one opposite to move everything away from the pinch point.
I’ve had the same problem before with my BJ3. As others have recommended, you can bend the rack for small adjustments. Additionally, shifting your firebox slightly can alleviate this issue.
