I like it layer it, but you can also put all the oats on the bottom, followed by yogurt then the toppings.
My first layer consisted of 1/2 the oats and 1/2 the milk.
Then I topped it with my matcha yogurt (sweetened with stevia) and layered the rest of the oats and milk on top with 1 tsp of chia seeds.
They expand and make everything more voluminous!
After that comes my fruits and on top comes the rest of my matcha yogurt.
As toppings I usually vary between nuts, chocolate and fruits. I find high calorie toppings to be more satiating, I just keep them in moderation.
Could probably be lower if I used oat milk and left out the nuts, but I kid you not this container is very filling!
