For your first year growing, you’ve done a superb job so far, I wish mine looked that good this year but it’s been a poor summer in the UK. Both look healthy with plenty of nice dark foliage and good height.
Once they start throwing out flowers and eventually pods, all you need is some breeze, the help of some insects, or just to give the plants a good shake when the flowers are open to pollinate them, as they are self-fertile.
Switch to a more potassium heavy feed (tomato feed does a good job if you’re not using a specialist chilli product) at the flowering stage and you will hopefully get more flowers, and the extra phosphorus will help with the pods setting and the vigour of the plant.
