It’s Finally Here

BJ3 is here along with the Joetisserie!

This thing is huge and heavy! Gave a local handyman a heck of a deal to lift this thing up and put it on the stand.

We made pizza for the first cook, since I cranked up the heat as soon as we got it and didn’t want the heat to go t waste.

The pizza dough I made wasn’t great and definitely needs some modifying, but overall super happy with the grill and can’t wait to cook on it again.
